There were actually two Mrs Phillipses in London, both claiming to be unique sex aid retailers. Here is an advertisement for one of them.

A certain Mrs. Phillips, in eighteenth century London, operated a sex aid shop "unique in the world".- "It consists of wares which are never sold publicly, which indeed can hardly be found at all in ordinary towns, and are only made and used in London and Paris. In Paris they are sold secretly in fancy shops; in London this woman has a shop near Leicester Square with them as her only wares."
