In his best-selling book "Ideal Marriage" Van de Gelde lists only ten "possible" positions. These range from the normal or habitual posture with the woman supine to the "equitation" method of Martial where the woman sits astride the man and faces him. Each position is described in detail with attention given to the stimulation afforded in each case.
