Least pendulous breasts by race
The smallest and least pendulous breasts are usually attributed to the Mongoloids. Among
such people the women often appear with an almost boyish slimness and the vast mammaries favoured in other parts of the world would be regarded as monstrous deformities.
Vibrators - least expected consequences
Plastic vibrators, generally used by women as a dildo device, can also be employed by men,
e.g. by homosexuals
- sometimes with strange results. In a letter to the "British Medical Journal," June
30, 1974, two writers from
London's St. Bartholomew's Hospital bring to the attention of readers "a new physical sign".
Within the space
of a fortnight two patients were admitted through the accident and emergency department
"with a painful
vibrating umbilicus". Both the patients were young homosexuals, aged 19 and 25 years, who
were accustomed
Least sensitive erogenous zone
Many men are keen to play with a woman's vulva: women are often relatively indifferent to such activity - particularly if the man focuses on the outer lips.
The inside lips (labia minora) are usually highly sensitive, the outer lips (labia majora) much less so.
The women surveyed by Fisher rated the sexual excitement areas in the following sequence clitoris, vagina, near clitoris, inside lips of vulva, inside vagina, and breasts. The outside lips of the vulva were rated the least excitable of all.
Least frequent dreams with orgasm
Dreams of petting and dreams having sado-masochistic content were less frequently reported,
as an orgasmic
experience in those women without "overt experience," than any other category of sexual
dreams. In fact both
those types of dreams were reported by only one per cent of the women in the Kinsey survey.
Dreams of
pregnancy and childbirth were accompanied by orgasm in two per cent of the "inexperienced"
women surveyed.
Dreams of contact with animals produced orgasms in twice this number of women in four per
cent of those
Least number of coital positions in sex manual
In his best-selling book "Ideal Marriage" Van de Gelde lists only ten "possible"
positions. These range from the
normal or habitual posture with the woman supine to the "equitation" method of Martial
where the woman sits
astride the man and faces him. Each position is described in detail with attention given to the
stimulation afforded
in each case.
Least popular pre-marital coital positions
As with married couples, standing among pre-marrieds was the least likely position for sexual
intercourse (four per cent).
Rear entry coitus was only slightly more likely (six per cent) among pre-married couples, though marrieds rated fifteen per cent. Marriage does not, apparently, affect the eagerness with which sitting coitus is embarked upon (eight per cent pre-marrieds, nine per cent marrieds).
Least frequent dreams without orgasm
The least frequent sexual dreams without orgasm are much the same whether the dreamer has
"overt experience"
or not. In the Kinsey survey two types of dreams without orgasm were experienced by only
two per cent of
people: these were dreams of sexual contact with animals and dreams having a clear
sado-masochistic content.
Dreams of rape were noted by four per cent of the women surveyed.
Least active kissers
Most people take the values and practices of their own society as absolute, those of other
cultures as subjective
and misguided. For those human beings accustomed to kissing it may seem odd that some
peoples do not indulge
in any such practice. Most of us have heard that Eskimos rub noses rather than kiss. Fewer of
us have heard of
the Siriono, mentioned in the anthropological literature: this tribe, living in South America, do
not indulge in
kissing (nor is breast stimulation a usual part of foreplay). Nor do the Thonga go much on
kissing: when they
Least popular coital positions in marriage
Only four per cent of women surveyed by Kinsey employed a standing position for marital coitus; and only about one in ten tried sexual intercourse in a sitting position - about the same percentage that only had intercourse with the man above.
Least frequent references by men
The least frequent references by men were to "non-erotic" items such as lips and hearts (none
recorded). Three
per cent of inscriptions related to the genitalia of the opposite sex; and non-erotic references
to love (both with
the same and the opposite sex) also scored three per cent. Five per cent of the inscriptions
referred to
heterosexual dating.
